SCUD (Surabaya Community of Debating) invites all of Debaters (high schools & varsities) in Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Krian, Mojokerto, Madura, and the surrounding cities to join MONTHLY DEBATE PRACTICE & SPARING TOGETHER, it is held every:
DAY: Sunday (the last week of the month)
TIME: 09.30 'till finish
PLACE: Galleries/gazebo of FISIP UNAIR Surabaya
